Posted On: 10/12/2025Cranbrook Centre a place where you want to live. My husband and I lived at Granbrook for one year, and I can confidently... say it was a great experience. I was truly happy with my decision to make this place our home. Our manager, Regina, was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. The rest of the staff were also friendly and supportive.
Whenever something needed fixing in our apartment, maintenance responded within just a few hours. I really appreciated how fast and professional they were — it made us feel well taken care of.
Granbrook is a quiet and peaceful community.
The location is also fantastic - just two minutes from Target, McDonald's, and a car wash, which is super convenient. Another big plus is the covered parking - no stress about where to leave your car.

If there is a problem... and management is aware of it, they will take care of it. Yes, we have had a few different managers, some I've liked better than others and maintenance... requests are not handled as quickly as they once were, but all in all it's a lovely and safe community. I must say that the review by Sarah M. is an outright lie. 2 years ago when her review was posted, we DID NOT have a manager named Denee. Her name was Andrese and she was the most professional, intelligent and courteous manager I've ever encountered. The water bill has never been $80 and I can state that as a fact. The water bills are split equally between the units in a building, so saying her bill was $80 for 2 people is inherently incorrect. If anyone should be angry, it would be single residents, such as myself, because I pay the same share as any other unit, whether it has 2 or 10 residents. Also, WE DO NOT HAVE ROACHES and her prequalifying a pest sighting with the phrase "Section 8 roaches" indicates that her review is racially motivated. This is a 90+% community of color, but no we don't have Section 8 tenants, so I must assume she is referring to people of color. When she said we don't want her kind, she assumed correctly. We don't want lying, racists here. I wish I knew her last name, because I would NEVER want to accidentally receive medical services from such a distrustful, arrogant medical provider. Makes me question Beaumont's hiring process.

It feels like she's family or that I've known her for years. She is extremely professional, gets you excited and involved with events for the complex. Posted On: 7/1/2023I've been to Taco Tuesday at the Cranbrook Centre apartments last June it was really nice socializing with this small community... of people that reside at Cranbrook Centre apartments. I had never experienced the type of effort and excitement that this management team has for their residents. I was impressed! On July 14,2023 I was invited to a pool party at Cranbrook Centre Apartments and it was just the way a hot summer afternoon should be spent. They had a DJ, refreshments, and The Taste of Honey food Truck. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was amazing! Cranbrook shows how much they value and take special care of their tenants. I felt a sense of community there. I hope to get invited to Cranbrook again because I felt safe relaxed and care for. It was amazing!!!

Regina, the property manager... is always available and timely with making sure my needs as a resident were met. If there was ever a concern that I had, she would make sure to literally walk out of the office and check it out if needed. Regina... was such an amazing property manager and promptly handled any maintenance requests. I could tell she cared about each tenant and all the apartments. In a day and age when customer service isn't a given, she went above and beyond to address each concern plus there were regular community events - even a day of sleigh rides in the winter! Additionally, the grounds were well-maintained and my neighbors were respectful and polite. I only moved out because my job relocated me out-of-state but some of my neighbors had been there for many years, which speaks to how great it is. Plus, the location of the apartment is great; it is close to shops and freeways. Also, I worked late hours and always felt safe coming home. As... a white woman over 60 I can tell you she was professional knowledgeable and very smart UPDATE Im still here. Regina is our mgr and she is courteous competent and an all around wonderful manager. I have never had delays in service and I have felt safe and very much at home. Only regret is not having IN UNIT Laundry which would be perfect. I have lovely neighbors and frankly little complaints.Wish rent was a bit less since we don't have W/D in unit but that's about it.Read More about
