Maintenance
Your unit will be painted, the carpet will be cleaned or replaced. A member of the maintenance team will go in a check all of your plumbing, outlets and appliances to ensure that they are working properly.
No, you do not need to be present for service request.
Yes, we have 24 hour emergency maintenance.
You can contact the office via phone or email and we can schedule your service request, or you can visit our website and put in your service request online.
Contact the emergency maintenance number at 248-878-6279, there is a $25 fee for lockouts.
Amenities
Each apartment home comes with 1 covered parking spot, plus there is open parking spots available.
24-Hour Maintenance, Swimming Pool & Clubhouse.
The pool opens Memorial Day and hours are 10AM-9PM.
Yes, we are pet friendly.
Stove, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, & Refrigerator.
We can refer you to company should you require a furnished home.

Once we receive all of the necessary information, we can inform you of your approval within 24-48 hours.
You can pay rent online or drop it off in our office with a check or money order.
Yes, we do require that you purchase renter's insurance.
You are able to to with approval from the management office, contact the office for details.
We will provide you with phone numbers for each utility provider.

For Future Residents
You can apply via our website CranbrookCentreApartments.com or you can stop by the office and apply.
We can put you on a call back list and check in with you from time to time. We also have a waitlist you can apply for and be on for a year before you are required to make a decision.
We will conduct a credit check, background check, and verify your income.
Prepare a list of questions prior to your visit.
We do not offer furnished units, but we can refer you to a company that can provide you with furniture.
No, there is no cost to tour.
You do not need an appointment but if you would like to schedule a tour we are more than happy to set one up with you.
Once you become a resident, we do offer a referral.
It would still be the same price if you sign a longer lease.
It is a policy that protects your personal belongings and for any liability if anything should happen to your home.
Management office is open 6 days a week.

Yes, you can receive a referral bonus once the they are a resident for 90 full days.
Your security deposit will transfer to your new unit. You may be required to pay an additional deposit if you are transferring to a larger style home.
We do not allow subletting.
