You can contact the office via phone or email and we can schedule your service request, or you can visit our website and put in your service request online.
Contact the emergency maintenance number at 248-878-6279, there is a $25 fee for lockouts.

Each apartment home comes with 1 covered parking spot, plus there is open parking spots available.

The pool opens Memorial Day and hours are 10AM-9PM

We can refer you to company should you require a furnished home.

Once we receive all of the necessary information, we can inform you of your approval within 24-48 hours.
You can pay rent online or drop it off in our office with a check or money order
Yes, we do require that you purchase renter's insurance
You are able to to with approval from the management office, contact the office for details.

We can put you on a call back list and check in with you from time to time. We also have a waitlist you can apply for and be on for a year before you are required to make a decision.
We will conduct a credit check, background check, and verify your income.

We do not offer furnished units, but we can refer you to a company that can provide you with furniture
No, there is no cost to tour
You do not need an appointment but if you would like to schedule a tour we are more than happy to set one up with you.
Once you become a resident, we do offer a referral.
It would still be the same price if you sign a longer lease.
It is a policy that protects your personnal belongings and for any Liablility if anything should happen to your home
Management office is open 6 days a week

The laundry room is located in the basement of each building
We are located next door to Target. There is a Meijer, Kroger and Market Fresh located within minutes of the community.
You can paint the unit but you are required to return it's present color at move out.
You can call the office or turn in nonemergency work order online and we will take care of them within 48 hours.
We do allow you to have guest but if they stay more than 7 days they must be added to the lease. We do not allow Airbnb.
Yes, there is a monthly fee of $30 per pet

Yes, you can receive a referall bonus once the they are a resident for 90 full days
Your security deposit will transfer to your new unit. You may be required to pay an additional deposit if you are transferring to a larger style home.
We do not allow subletting.
